Up late last night picking up a friend at the airport. The plane was scheduled to land at 11:43. I checked the web before heading to the airport, but when I checked at the airport, the plane had been delayed taking off. New arrival time was 1:55 AM. Went home and read for an hour or so then back to the airport. After witnessing a car crash and calling 911 and talking with the driver and other spectators until police and paramedics arrived we finally got to her house about 3:15 AM. Not an activity conducive to sleep so I read again and finally turned the light out about 4:00 AM. Then my niece called me from Florida at 9:00 AM with a question about changing airplane tickets. So I'm up, but not quite awake. No exercise so far except for reading the paper and a book.
