Keeping up the exercise

Yesterday I did 30 minutes on the stationary bike and a few bicep and tricep exercises.

Today I went to the early Pilates class and could really tell I had not been to a level 2 in a while. I need to add it into my routine. Teeth clean earlier and off to PT in a few minutes.

Minus 15 on the thermometer in my car. Way too cold, but at least I'm not in the interior of Alaska where it is closer to -50.

Got a little walking in at Costco. Shopping is actually great for step counting.
